Operations and project manager – Temple Cycles

Temple Cycles is looking for a highly organised operations/project manager to join its team as it looks to develop the brand and grow the business. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of various company operations and the successful delivery of new projects. Responsibilities include: maintain an overview of company operations, coordinating staff and resources to make sure business goals, priorities and customer service objectives are met; taking ownership of the direct to customer sales procedure and aftercare; implementation and management of a CRM system; coordinate and prepare clear and comprehensive project briefs and oversee execution from start to finish using internal and external resources; examine and analyse company data to draw insights and improve company operations by implementing better practices and automation; mentor and motivate team members to increase productivity and implement best practices; work closely with the company founder, ensuring operations are running as planned; and other administrative operations tasks.

Bike mechanic – Bike Park Wales

BikePark Wales is looking for a workshop mechanic to join its team. The applicant will hold a minimum qualification of Cytech Level 2 and have relevant experience of working as a bike mechanic. This will be an exciting and varied role including work in the visitor centre.

Independent bike dealer sales co-ordinator – Raleigh

Based in Raleigh’s office at Eastwood, Nottingham, HQ, you will provide a high level of service to its IBD customers as well as support for its external area account managers. Key duties and responsibilities include: deal directly with trade customers either by telephone or electronically; receive and input sales orders accurately providing all necessary stock, delivery and product information, and where items are out of stock actively offer alternatives; own and resolve enquiries and issues, liaising as required with other departments including warranty/technical/quality, product management and distribution; answer the telephone, live chat and email tickets in a timely manner to meet department KPIs; ensure CRM records are up-to-date, accurate and complete, assigning tasks and completion dates to other areas of the business; and manage customer consignment stock to ensure orders are shipped within agreed parameters.

Technical analyst and project coordinator – Nexus Mingda

Nexus Mingda is a new company formed as the European and North American office of Yongkang Mingda, a Chinese cycling company based in Shanghai whose primary activity is the design and manufacture of cycling bags and accessories. Its parent company’s business is divided into two distinct divisions namely own brand and OEM. The main responsibility of the European company (Nexus Mingda) is to manage and develop both the sales and marketing of own brand products and OEM business within Europe and America. As part of a small dynamic and expanding team you will be working directly with some of the world’s leading cycling brands. This diverse position plays a critical role in the day to day operation of Nexus Mingda, with the opportunity for the right person to develop their skills and experience. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working both on their own initiative and as part of a team in order to meet strict deadlines.

E-commerce trading executive – Saddleback

Saddleback is looking for a dynamic new team member to support the key role of e-commerce trading within the e-commerce team. As e-commerce trading executive you will be a natural e-commerce retailer and support the development of Saddleback’s UK and international e-commerce sales channels. Your role will involve analysis, planning, budgeting, execution and review across all sales channel activity, where you will drive growth in traffic acquisition, visitor to customer conversion rate, average order value, customer retention and customer satisfaction.
