Reporting into the showroom manager, the role will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Birmingham showroom, as well as deputising for the manager in their absence. The role will be focussed around sales and customer service; with the ideal candidate possessing an entrepreneurial flair to assist the manager in driving B2B sales and pursuing local opportunities to grow the brand’s presence and establish the showroom as a prominent local bike destination.
Bike technician/mechanic with commercial skills – Cycling Made Easy
Due to the continual growth within the e-bike sector, Cycling Made Easy has seen strong sales increase year on year and is looking for a mechanic who has appropriate skills and the desire to grow with us. It is looking for a full-time mechanic to join its busy workshop. The ideal candidate will preferably have previous experience of working in a busy bicycle workshop. An ability to learn quickly and cope under pressure is important. A Cytech Level 2 qualification would be preferred but not essential.

Mark Warner is actively recruiting for cycling guides to work in one of its Mediterranean beach resorts. Main responsibilities: promote, coordinate and participate in guided tours for up to 12 guests, implement a cycling programme to accommodate all abilities, deliver the highest level of customer service, monitor and maintain a bike fleet of up to 20 road and/or mountain bikes, and relief duties with other departments including volleyball, football, local walks and evening entertainments.
