Inbound sales and marketing specialist – cycling tour operator – Sportive Breaks
Your ultimate job is to turn web traffic into more sales. The main part of that is to manage all of our inbound leads (received via forms on the site, live chat, phone and email) and manage a large B2C sales pipeline. Most of the sales are standard, “off the shelf” products but there will be some more detailed, custom tour designing for cycling clubs, corporates and small groups. The other part of the role is to increase conversion rates from web traffic to email sign up and email sign up to sales. This can be done by better lead magnets, forms on the website and other tactics for inbound marketing. This will be done in conjunction with the web developer sales/marketing manager. You will have an overall sales target, email sign up target and a conversion target from web traffic to sales. Some experience of using Hubspot would be an advantage.
Sales advisor – Swift Cycles
The role is mainly shop floor based, selling high-end bikes and helping deliver great service to customers. You will be exposed to: high-end custom road and TT builds, brand selection and range planning, merchandising, marketing, social media and web promotion, and bike fitting. Experience and attributes include: one plus years experience selling high-end bikes and custom builds (desirable), good knowledge of cycling kit and accessories, ideally a regular road cyclist, with a passion for bikes, enjoy selling complex products, computer literate including experience with retail POS systems, and great people person with a can-do attitude and friendly, approachable demeanour.
