Within a large complex of managed woodland, containing regionally significant topography, it is the ideal location to establish a network of trails and sites for separate pump and BMX tracks plus associated retail facilities.

Cycling events coordinator – Cyclehoop

Cyclehoop is looking for someone to manage and grow its IBikeLondon events. These are monthly fun and friendly social bike rides that are free and open for everyone to join. It needs someone with strong events and social media experience who is looking for a challenge. You will need to have excellent organisational and people skills. A full clean drivers licence is a requirement to drive the company van. Experience with sound systems would be an advantage. Lastly, you must be passionate about cycling.

Workshop manager – Cardiff Pedal Power

Pedal Power, UK’s leading inclusive cycling charity, is seeking an outstanding individual for a new post of workshop manager. You need to combine excellence in cycle mechanics, organisational and managerial skills and great customer/people care in order to direct our busy workshop, combining maintenance and repair of nextbike bike sharing scheme and Pedal Power’s inclusive cycling fleet. Your ability to prioritise, react calmly to change and work under pressure is matched by your attention to detail and teamwork ethos.

Bike mechanic – Bike Switzerland

This position will require a flexible person who is comfortable with menial tasks such as cleaning bikes and sorting equipment, as well as more demanding work building up and servicing premium road bikes. It is looking for a mechanic with at least two years of sales and service experience. Although you’ll spend most of your time in the workshop, the applicant should also be prepared to deal face-to-face with clients for sales and/or servicing. This is a full-time position from April until the end of September. Even better if you can start sooner.

Area sales representative – Velobrands

This is a field-based role reporting directly to the sales director, you will be responsible for the sales growth and development of an account portfolio through regular dealer visits to existing dealers. Responsibilities and duties include managing, developing the sales growth of a portfolio of existing dealers on a regular call plan basis; identify and establish new dealers in accordance with company guidelines; effective time management and planning; management of online calendar; daily updating of CRM system with outcome of visits; weekly liaison with sales director to review performance of area, action points, call planning; travelling extensively with overnight stays as required; and regular attendance at demo events and trade/consumer events.
