Dealer services technical support – Trek Bicycle Corporation

AscendRMS is a propriety software solution owned and developed by Trek Bicycle Corporation. The Ascend EPOS and e-commerce solution is at the centre of Trek Bicycle’s Continuous Improvement Programme, providing retailers with an integrated solution to manage their businesses and provide an effective online presence. The support team cover all aspects of the programme and the wider business processes it supports. Training provided isn’t confined to the technical aspects of the software solution (though that is obviously covered) but also advises on financial analysis and planning all the way through to a holistic marketing strategy to cover an IBDs e-commerce presence as well.

Mechanic – Moore’s Cycles

We are looking for a full-time mechanic to report to the workshop manager at our Twickenham store. Our Twickenham store is a busy and vibrant store serving the well-established local cycling community. The candidate must have previous experience of working as a mechanic in a bike shop and have Cytech qualifications. You will be responsible for servicing, repairs and bike assembly. You must have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of great customer service. You must work well under pressure and enjoy working as part of a team. Full-time mechanic – Total Fitness Bath

We are a busy bike shop in the beautiful city of Bath and are looking for a full time, experienced, bike mechanic to be responsible for the setup, service and repair of a range of bikes. These jobs will vary from a simple puncture repair or general service, through to building stock bikes and custom builds for customers. This is a full-time position (five day week) to include Saturdays. You will need good IT and communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team and with customers. You should be self-motivated with a passion for bikes and able to work on your own initiative. In return, we offer an excellent salary dependent on experience, fantastic staff discounts and company pension.

Cycle mechanic – Outdoor and Cycle Concepts
