The successful candidate will have a good track record of developed skills in a marketing role; in-depth knowledge and experience of desktop publishing including Adobe CC and other Microsoft packages used for publishing; experience of e-commerce development and delivery; experience of working with videographers and ideally have own photography skills; a great team working ethic; and the ability to communicate across department individuals and will ideally will be an active cycling enthusiast.

Assistant manager/head mechanic – Boost Bike Hub

Boost Bike Hub is a small family bike shop in the New Forest, selling e-bikes and other models from Trek, Giant, Kona and Focus. It is seeking to recruit a self-motivated individual with at least two years sales and mechanical experience, qualified to Cytech level two or equivalent. You will be responsible for the majority of the technical repairs and sales with extra management responsibilities to carry out in manager’s absence. You will have a level two Cytech mechanic working under you with three years sales and repair experience.

Senior sales executive – BikeExchange

A day in the life of a senior sales executive is varied, but a general guide of your day would be: calling and introducing yourself to retailers that may not have heard of BikeExchange and getting them on-board; booking face-to-face visits with retailers; creating and implementing advertising campaigns for clients; and working closely with the team at ‘base camp’ to ensure your retailers are being looked after.

Creative copywriter cycling – Komoot

Your key responsibilities: plan, build and execute campaigns across all communication channels, from social media accounts and blog to the newsletter; translate the vision and brand into inspiring stories that’ll be shared with millions of cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts; team up with designers and marketers to create blog posts, newsletters, campaign landing pages, social media assets or mobile ads; and test and optimise your work to ensure the message reaches the target audience.

Customer service representative – Trek

The role of customer service representative will be UK based at the offices in Milton Keynes and will report to the customer service manager. The position will require the successful applicant to liaise with a specified dealer territory on a daily basis taking orders and promoting high standards of customer service. Training will be provided on systems and processes.
