Sales specialist – Love Velo

Internal sales – Silverfish

Silverfish is looking for an internal sales representative to join it in its office in sunny (not guaranteed) Saltash, Cornwall. If you have a passion for all things cycling, whether it’s mountain biking, gravel biking or road cycling, and you are excited to stay up to date with the latest and greatest industry trends and products releases, then you may be the ideal candidate for this role. With market-leading brands, it strives to deliver first-class service and product knowledge to its customers and in this role, you will be the voice of the company by covering all aspects of sales and support to its dealer network. You will be responsible for taking and processing sales orders, sales office administration, making sales calls and generally sharing the love about our brands in and around the UK and Eire.

Independent bike dealer sales co-ordinator – Raleigh UK

Key duties and responsibilities include: deal directly with trade customers either by telephone or electronically; receive and input sales orders accurately providing all necessary stock, delivery and product information, where items are out of stock actively offer alternatives; own and resolve enquiries and issues, liaising as required with other departments including warranty/technical/quality, product management and distribution; answer the telephone, live chat and email tickets in a timely manner to meet department KPIs; ensure CRM records are up-to-date, accurate and complete, assigning tasks and completion dates to other areas of the business; and manage customer consignment stock to ensure orders are shipped within agreed parameters.

Bicycle mechanic – Free Motion

Requirements: Demonstrable experience of at least two years as a bicycle mechanic; advanced knowledge of bicycle mechanics on high-end bikes/e-bikes; advanced knowledge of suspensions, Rock Shox, Fox and Headsock; advanced knowledge about Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo; ability to work in a changing environment and under pressure; attention to detail; resolution capacity; and ability to stay calm and work as a team in moments of stress.
