Area sales manager – Muc-Off

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic South East area manager to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing extreme sports companies. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing merchandising solutions and sales support to our UK dealer network. This is not a role for the faint-hearted, Muc-Off moves at a rapid pace and you will need to have the ability to think on your feet, re-prioritise quickly and problem solve. Meticulous organisation will be crucial, along with a good sense of humour.

Bike mechanic – Carbon Bike Repair

The primary role will be to carry out servicing, mechanical repairs, fitting new components, stripping and rebuilding bicycles. You will be trained to assist with bike inspections and carbon forensics for insurance claims and accurately fill out inspection reports. You will need to work closely with all members of staff to ensure the customer journey from beginning to end is efficient and meets the company’s standards. Carbon Bike Repair is not a standard retail bike shop. We are working with high-end road and off-road bikes and a large part of the job is stripping and rebuilding these. Supplying and fitting quality components to frames we have repaired and restored.

Sales and customer support – i-ride

The customer support role is based at our Ditchling office and will entail working closely with members of the in-house sales team and other staff to meet the needs of our customers. Key aspects of the role include data analysis and taking calls from our retailers, following through on customer service issues and regular email communications. Candidates will need to have excellent Microsoft Office skills, be highly organised, presentable and possess good communications skills and confidence dealing with customers, as well a polite manner with a positive friendly attitude improving your chances of a successful application. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel is important, and any prior use of Sage Business Systems would also be beneficial.

Showroom assistant – Ribble Cycles

As part of our exciting development, the opportunity has arisen for a showroom assistant for our retail team at our new temporary pop-up store in London, Kent – Bluewater. Reporting into the showroom manager, the role will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the London showroom. The role will be focused around sales and customer service; with the ideal candidate possessing an entrepreneurial flair to assist the manager in driving our B2B sales and pursuing local opportunities to grow the brand’s presence and establish the showroom as a prominent local bike destination.

Digital communications coordinator – Specialized

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the admin of our B2B platform and implementation of our retailer communication strategy. Liaising between the marketing and sales teams, you’ll ensure the timely delivery of product collateral, whilst delivering educational and informative content to help keep our retailers educated about our products and services. You will also be key in the execution of our digital marketing campaigns, helping to publish and create campaigns across social media, email, B2B and B2C. You’ll utilise your communication skills to develop engaging and inspiring content, curating tone and style to match your audience.
