Store Manager – VELOROO x Canyon Experience Partner

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our city centre location. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for the daily operation of the store, team management, and delivering an outstanding customer experience within a unique, brand-led retail model.

You’ll play a key role in growing the business, building strong community connections, and representing some of the world’s leading cycling brands.

Key responsibilities for this role include taking full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the store. Lead, motivate and develop a small team of workshop and retail staff. Deliver high-quality customer experiences, including test rides, product demonstrations and consultations. Drive sales and business growth through community engagement, local partnerships and in-store events. Ensure the store reflects brand standards and delivers a premium retail experience. Be an integral part of a unique retail concept that brings brands and riders closer together.

Assistant Manager

PAU Run & Ride Ltd at Trentham Shopping Village is seeking a driven and experienced  Assistant Manager with strong supervisory skills and a passion for cycling and/or running. You’ll  be at the forefront of a growing brand with lots of development opportunity. Day to day, you’ll  support the Store Manager, lead our retail team, and collaborate with colleagues across the  PAU brand and with external partners to promote product ranges and drive successful events.

You’ll be thoroughly briefed on our product range, become skilled in undertaking gait analysis  and able to confidently advise customers on footwear brand and style choice. You’ll focus on driving sales and help deliver all round outstanding customer service across our  premium bike, running, and workshop offerings. There’ll be opportunities to get involved with community projects including Project PAU, our  cycling academy for 13-18yr olds; Couch to 5k/10k courses throughout the year; PAU Café  social events, including comedy nights and sports-related celebrity speakers and much more.

MTB Technician & Suspension Specialist

Our customers expect authority, accuracy and insight, whether they’re weekend riders or racers chasing marginal gains. This is a highly technical, customer-facing workshop position combining full mountain bike servicing and custom builds with advanced suspension setup, servicing and optimisation. You’ll work methodically, cleanly and efficiently while managing your own workflow in a busy environment, contributing to both day-to-day operations and the wider growth of the business.
