You are effectively a ‘Store Manager in training’ & are expected to understand & carry out everything that your Manager would. We mean literally everything; the team, bricks & mortar as well as its contents are your responsibility.
Service & Logistic Technician – MAGURA Bosch Parts & Services UK LTD
You will help to ensure a smooth and customer focused service and warranty procedure to develop and strengthen partnerships with Magura and Bosch retailers. We want to build strong, long-term relationships with our retailers and ensure that our product is looked after. This will be achieved by providing our unique 5-year leakproof guarantee on our brakes systems and fast turnaround of our products.
The role will include: packaging and dispatch of ordered goods primarily, logistics processing of goods received, diagnostics and service Bosch E-Bike components, diagnostics and service MAGURA components, providing technical advice for your internal sales colleagues and business partners, work with SAP, CRM to track and solve cases if needed, and help in other tasks where needed in busy periods.
The ideal candidate will have: technical knowledge of bicycles and components, corresponding technical qualifications are an advantage, bicycle affinity, we all ride ourselves and encourage cyclist to join us in the industry, user competence with Microsoft Office 365, SAP R3 and CRM is an advantage, organised approach to work, characterised by a willingness to take the initiative and a hands-on mentality, confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel), experience with SAP also an advantage.

Cycle Technician – The Electric Bike Shop Bristol

Your role as Cycle Technician is vital to maintaining our reputation for quality products and service that customers can rely on and trust. As Technician we want you to share our passion for cycling and help every customer to have everything they need to ‘enjoy the ride’. You’ll be comfortable both fixing bicycles and talking to customers. The ideal person loves getting hands-on and is extremely process-driven – you must be able to complete repairs to an exceptional standard in a set amount of time.
The Electric Bike Shop takes the continued professional development of its workshop technicians very seriously and offers the opportunity to gain Cytech Level 2 or Level 3 via the apprenticeship route to all of its technicians who do not already hold a formally recognised professional qualification. This offer of training will be subject to a fair contractual retention clause.
