Part-time Retail Sales Assistant

Owing to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a part-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in the UK on a six-month contract. The role will be based at our ASSOS flagship Store situated on Regent Street, London, and will report directly to the Store Manager.

Our London Regent Street Store is an all-encompassing experience, upon which cyclists can rely on for expert advice regarding clothing, routes, training, recovery, and injury management – provided by us and our specially selected partners.

As our Retail Sales Assistant you will be expected to play a leading role within the team of ASSOS product experts working in our Regent Street Store. Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementation of in-store initiatives to maximise brand engagement to grow and maintain the ASSOS customer base. Ensure that the product is merchandised and presented, consistently communicating the premium nature and technical excellence of the product. Lead by example with exemplary product knowledge, the successful candidate must show willingness to learn all technical aspects of our products and how to correctly size a customer giving the full ASSOS experience and maximize sales volume, contribute to sales and sales analysis.

Sales Consultant

Senior Salesperson

We are looking for a full-time sales person to work in our Giant Guildford store. Maybe you have been cutting your teeth at Halfords, Evans, Balfe’s or an IBD? Or perhaps you are a cyclist who has the interest and customer service skills to change career and work in the bike industry? If so, are you looking to work in a small, well organised and friendly bike company?

We are looking for a mature, outgoing and cheerful person to help and sell to customers as they enter the store and shop from our showroom. You will also help and support the store manager, workshop staff, and even become our bike fitter. You will be completely immersed in the day to day demands of a busy cycle retailer, bike fitting studio and professional workshop.

For the right candidate there are even opportunities to progress your skills to build display bikes, become a service mechanic, and learn Bike Fitting skills. In addition, this is a keyholding role for the right candidate.
