Sales Advisor
The Pinarello Store in Wilmslow is the leading flagship bicycle brand store located in the North of England. The role of Sales Advisor is part of the store team, providing an excellent standard of customer service and creating an environment that customers wish to return to.
General Duties
To serve customers showing high standards of customer care at all times, providing a helpful and friendly service, in order to maximise sales and profit. You will merchandise and fill displays as necessary and display products appropriately with correct prices, and keep all areas clean and tidy.
You will work effectively as part of a team, with the ability to communicate well with customers, other team members and management and demonstrate a passion for the brand. Ideally, you will have experience in a customer-facing role. Prior experience in sizing/bike fitting would be an advantage.

Sales Agent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a UK Mill Sales Agent to join our YT UK team. The role will be based in the Surrey Hills. The mission for the Mill Showroom Sales Agent is to help grow the YT Mill into a MTB community hub, become a leader in sales, product knowledge and highly influential in how you engage with our customers. It is important to ensure that each potential and existing customer has an exceptional experience within the Mill.
The position will create a first point of contact for many of our customers and must show our core values and a reason why a customer would want to join our family. This particular role will add additional support to the Mill team to allow them to improve the day-to-day running of the Mill, plus increase the customers’ experience, and YT community. Our goal will be to do a minimum of two customer activations per month.

We are looking for a part-time Sales Assistant (with keyholding responsibility) to work in our Giant Crystal Palace store, a couple of weekday shifts and Sundays.

We have the full range of Giant & Liv bicycles, a workshop, amazing coffee cart, on site sports injury clinic, boast the reputation of being the “Go to destination for Bike Fitting in SE London”, host daily Wattbike, Yoga & Pilates classes and are the starting point for a multitude of club ride outs every weekend.
We are looking for a new part-timer who loves cycling, as our current person is retiring. You will be replacing someone who has been part of the Cadence family for 10 years, an owner of 12+ bikes who lives and breathes cycling.
