Bike Mechanic

The Bristol Bike Project is a member-led co-operative repairing and rehoming bicycles within our community. We aim to help people from all walks of life get out on two wheels and for it to be an inclusive and empowering experience. We have been running a successful bike shop for 15 years, in order to support our range of community programmes.

Key activities include undertaking the servicing and repair of bicycles for the general public and refurbishing donated bicycles for sale. You will book jobs, discuss the work carried out and report back to customers. There are three roles that you will undertake, in rotation with the rest of the team: front desk (including minor repairs), full services and building bikes for sale.

North America Marketing Manager

Muc-Off was established in 1994, and since then we have experienced strong global growth in the bicycle and powersports markets. Today, we are global leaders in our field and have a disruptive and distinctive approach to life.  Partnered with some of the world’s best teams and athletes across a range of disciplines, Muc-Off has become THE reference point in the bike care and maintenance category with exciting and ambitious plans for the future.

This is an awesome time to be part of this truly innovative brand as we embark upon new territories and sectors, whilst growing our brand presence and engagement for our core portfolio. This is a truly results-driven culture where everyone can make a difference and contribute to the future chapter of the ‘OG’ in bike care.

With continued growth opportunities yet to be realised in the US and Canada, there is now a need for an experienced Marketing Manager to own the North America (NA) marketing plan across both bicycle and powersports in order to step change brand awareness, understanding and engagement.   This role is responsible for building the NA marketing plan against key strategic priorities and owning its delivery, analysis and continual improvement across owned, earned and paid media channels.  Over time, this role will evolve to take responsibility for the marketing program in Central and South America.  The role reports into Chief Marketing Officer.

External Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative

We are recruiting for a motivated and proactive External Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building relationships with dealers, growing sales and promoting our brands. Aside from being a bike fanatic, our ideal candidate is commercially minded, an excellent communicator, and enjoys being on the road!

We are Pon Bike Performance UK, home of Santa Cruz, Cervelo, and Reserve, three of the most exciting brands in the bicycle industry who tend to do things differently. We have over 25 years of cycling experience and our ultimate goal is to sell the best road and mountain bikes in the world and have fun doing it!

As an External Account Manager you will be the face of our business: building strong relationships, driving sell-in and sell-through, and ensuring our brands are front and center in every store. You’ll have a passion for cycling, a commercial mindset and a track record of identifying and seizing opportunities in the field.

Sales Representative

We are looking for super keen, reliable, and rider-focused people to join our Daventry retail team, full or part-time. If you’re proactive, customer-focused, and totally stoked on bikes, you’ll fit right in with our experienced team.

Back in ’81, brothers Tim and Chris Noy, both teachers, turned their windsurfing passion into a small business at Leisure Lakes, a family-friendly waterpark near Preston & Southport. When the wind died down, folks brought their bikes, so the brothers started selling those too!

From a humble start, we actually built our first store at Leisure Lakes by hand! We’ve grown a lot since then, with 18 locations across the UK and a massive online bike shop. And we’re still planning to open more stores! If you love bikes as much as we do, we’d love to have you join us.

Whether you’re looking to kick off a new career in cycling or take your current one further, we want to hear from you! We’ve got loads of opportunities to join our team. You need to be: proactive, hardworking, good with computers, and most importantly, crazy about bikes!

You’ll be on the busy shop floor, chatting with customers and handling general shop duties. This includes managing our workshop diary, using our EPOS till system, doing stock takes, and talking to manufacturers/suppliers. We always aim to treat everyone with respect.

Events and Community Coordinator

As the Events & Community Coordinator for Canyon UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a dynamic annual programme of events that align with Canyon’s brand values and engage our target audiences.

Working closely with the wider Canyon team, you will plan, organise, and execute events that showcase Canyon’s world-class bikes and strengthen our presence within the UK and Irish cycling communities. Collaboration with brand ambassadors, partners, and key stakeholders will be central to ensuring each event reflects Canyon’s commitment to innovation, performance, and community.

Key responsibilities for this role include leading the planning and delivery of the UK & Ireland events calendar in alignment with wider market and brand priorities. Execute a range of events — from regular community rides and activations to top-tier market events included in the global Canyon events calendar. Manage the full event lifecycle, from concept development through to on-site execution and post-event evaluation, under the guidance of the Head of Sales & Marketing. Oversee event budgets, ensuring all activities are delivered within allocated resources and demonstrate strong return on investment. Coordinate event staffing, including scheduling and management of on-site personnel and ambassadors. Plan, maintain, and manage the marketing bike fleet used across UK & Ireland events, ensuring readiness and alignment with product priorities. Collaborate with Canyon ambassadors and partners to support community engagement, strengthen local relationships, and enhance brand visibility. Contribute to the general marketing coordination, planning and administration functions in collaboration with UK and Global Marketing teams.
