Mobile Service Technician

Wattbike is an exciting brand with a big future, and we’re looking for a Delivery & Service Technician to join our team as we embark on the next stage of our growth. Wattbike is used by the biggest sports teams and athletes across the Premier League, NBA, NHL, NFL, national rugby teams and more, as well as thousands of everyday athletes at home. This permanent role will join a passionate and established team, helping ensure that our customers get the best possible service in the delivery, installation and upkeep of their Wattbikes.

Reporting into the Technical Service Manager, you will be involved in the daily repair and service of Wattbikes across the midlands (60 to 80 miles from Wattbike HQ – Company Van will be provided). This role requires reliability and due diligence in contacting customers, completing repairs/services and following up with both the customer and relevant teams, when necessary. Customer experience is absolutely core to this role and the successful candidate will be an ambassador for the Wattbike brand when out on the road. The candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to exercise good judgement and make quick decisions when lone working. This role will require a significant amount of driving each week and will incorporate some anti-social hours.

Electric and Cargo bicycles mechanic

Bicyclenation is a vibrant, community-focused bike shop located in Herne Hill, southeast London, right across from the beautiful Brockwell Park. We specialise in bike services, repairs, and fittings, with a particular emphasis on electric and cargo bikes. Our shop also offers a wide range of bikes, accessories, and clothing.

Our customers trust us for top-quality service, from quick puncture fixes to keeping complex e-bike systems in peak condition. We operate a bustling workshop in a railway arch behind our shop and run a convenient local collect & return service. At Bicyclenation, we pride ourselves on being a friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive team of bike enthusiasts, passionate about making every ride smoother and better for our customers.

We’re looking for a skilled mechanic with a passion for electric and cargo bikes to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of bicycles, with a focus on modern e-bike systems. This is a customer-facing position where you’ll also help with front-of-house tasks, ensuring our customers receive the outstanding service we’re known for.

Front of House / Bicycle Mechanic

Our lovely shop is a popular spot located opposite Brockwell Park where we greet customers and check bikes in. We also operate a large railway arch behind the shop where much of our servicing work is done.

We are hugely enthusiastic about cycling and value great customer service and great teamwork – two things that are ingrained in our culture. Customers who use Bicyclenation can expect to be met with friendly, knowledgeable bike mechanics who love nothing more than getting you back on the road as soon as possible.

We are looking for a friendly new team member to help keep our shop running smoothly. This will include being the front-of-house point of contact for customers as well as taking on small mechanical jobs to help ensure we deliver services on time. You will be happiest when speaking to customers, solving problems and can manage processes with  ease.

Bicycle Mechanic and Business Development Opportunity

We have a vacancy for a bicycle mechanic and business development person, to work in a variety of settings and locations around Bristol in all sorts of settings and on all types of bikes. A great opportunity for an experienced mechanic looking for something a bit different – work autonomously, for an innovative, well-established and growing business. This role offers more challenge and creativity than usual bicycle mechanic roles, and often outside a workshop setting.

You’ll need to be a real people person; able to communicate to people the issues with their bikes clearly, in a language that they understand and recommend solutions. We are looking for someone who is able to speak to anyone anywhere in a positive and friendly manner. It’s more important to us that your customer service skills are top notch than your mechanic skills. You’ll be working with very experienced mechanics, and we can support the development of top level mechanic skills if needed.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Wilmslow for a Senior Bike Mechanic, Fitter, and Site Manager at Vires Velo. The role involves overseeing bike repairs, fitting services, and managing the on-site operations of the showroom and bike fitting studio.

Qualifications and experience needed for this role include bicycle Repair and Bike Repair skills. Experience working with premium bikes and electronic groupsets. Strong communication skills. Ability to manage site operations efficiently on your own initiative – offering ideas for improvement. Experience in bike fitting and customisation preferred but not essential. Knowledge of bike components and maintenance. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. Formal training or certification in bike mechanics is beneficial – experience is however essential. Good IT Skills and experience with a CRM an advantage. A team player.
