We are looking for an organised, knowledgeable and process driven individual to join our team at Sigma Sports Oakham.
As the Merchandise Lead, you’ll act as the link between the store team and the central merchandising department. Your role will focus on ensuring that stock is well presented, displays are aligned with brand standards, and inventory is managed efficiently. You’ll also support and train store staff in merchandising best practices.
Key responsibilities for this role include implementing in-store displays and promotions according to head office direction. Adapt layouts and ranges to suit local demand and store performance. Maintain high visual standards across the store. Overseeing inventory management processes, including replenishment and returns.Keep back-of-house areas organised and functional. Use internal systems to monitor stock levels and SKU performance. Manage the customer order process from intake to dispatch. Ensure timely processing of inbound orders. Report any delays or issues to the Store Manager. Train and guide staff in merchandising tools and procedures. Build and support a team that can handle stock and merchandising tasks. Provide on-the-floor coaching and feedback.
