At Zelo we are looking for a full-time or part-time Operations Manager / Service Manager. Your responsibilities will include setting up managing internal IT systems e.g. Papaya, Bike Book. Working with major vendors and customers to understand their needs. Managing mechanics schedule and training needs. Helping on-site, when required. Quality control of work completed for customers. Documenting processes. Helping recruit and manage regional mobile mechanics.

Reporting to the Head of Creative, this is a key position managing a small team who are required to deliver all marketing activities for both motorcycle and cycle business.

Providing hands-on repairs and servicing for e-bikes and bicycles in our shops and pop-up workshops. Dealing with customer queries and offering technical support. Maintaining flexibility in work location and adapting to varied conditions.
