Founded with a clear focus on utility cycling, one of our main aims is to promote the idea of a bicycle as a transport solution rather than just an item for leisure. We are opening a new branch in west London, and so we need a new mechanic to take over the workshop duties at the original Camden store.
Applicants need to be friendly and experienced, with strong mechanic skills and a willingness to learn. It goes without saying that a passion for cycling is essential. Duties for this role include building, servicing, and repairing bicycles/e-bikes to the highest standard. Occasionally carrying out test rides and sales with customers. Keeping on top of workshop stock and ensuring that stock is replenished before it runs out. Ensure the workshop is reasonably clean, tidy, and safe for use

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for assessing, servicing, and repairing Wattbikes, including full breakdowns and rebuilds. You will also conduct quality control (QC) checks on bikes as per the daily manifest. A high level of attention to detail is required to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, providing an excellent first-time service.

With continued growth opportunities yet to be realised in the US and Canada, there is now a need for an experienced Marketing Manager to own the North America (NA) marketing plan across both bicycle and powersports in order to step change brand awareness, understanding and engagement. This role is responsible for building the NA marketing plan against key strategic priorities and owning its delivery, analysis and continual improvement across owned, earned and paid media channels. Over time, this role will evolve to take responsibility for the marketing program in Central and South America. The role reports into Chief Marketing Officer.

As a mobile ebike / Cargo mechanic at Zelo (www.zelobike.co.uk), your responsibilities will include, servicing and repairing cargo bikes such as EAVs, VOK, Urban Arrow, etc., at client sites across the London area. Providing hands-on repairs and servicing for e-bikes and bicycles in our shops and pop-up workshops. Dealing with customer queries and offering technical support. Maintaining flexibility in work location and adapting to varied conditions.
