We are a community-driven bike shop and workshop with a green mindset, delivering the best, friendly customer service and repairs in a professional, efficient and down-to-earth manner. The right candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail, e-mobility or a related industry. Experience using POS tools (Citrus Lime preferred). Experience managing CRM systems. Mechanical experience preferred (ability to handle basic technical assessments and liaise with our workshop). A passion for eBikes, sustainability and the future of micromobility. A cool, calm and collected approach with a positive, can-do attitude. A customer-centric mindset – a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building long-term relationships. Experience in service-based sales. Some industry knowledge, including an understanding of the brands we partner with and why they align with our values.

Marketing Executive

Cyclehoop is an award-winning cycle parking and infrastructure company, based in South London. The team designs, manufactures, installs and manages innovative solutions across the UK.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive with excellent written skills and a strong understanding of digital marketing. Ideally, applicants will have an interest in cycling or active travel and a desire to get more people travelling by bike.

Main responsibilities for this role include social media: Ownership of social media channels. Including delivery, monitoring and reporting. Website: Maintain and update websites. SEO content creation and implementation. Market research: Monitor competitors and review customer feedback. Propose improvements to internal processes and procedures based on findings. Internal comms: Produce monthly internal newsletters, promote company brand and values internally. Campaign management: Creation and delivery of campaigns, including content, email marketing, partnerships, events and PR. Cross-departmental projects: Liaise with internal teams to support delivery of company objectives. Memberships: Monitor and maintain memberships and public profiles. Product collateral: Support Community Manager in creating brand and product collateral, including photography and layouts. Events: Attend industry and customer events as required. Supporting the Marketing team in other duties as required.

Sales Assistant/keyholder

Cadence Performance (Giant) Crystal Palace has been our flagship location for more than 10 years. We have the full range of Giant & Liv bicycles, a workshop, amazing coffee cart, on site sports injury clinic, boast the reputation of being the “Go to destination for Bike Fitting in SE London”, host daily Wattbike, Yoga & Pilates classes and are the starting point for a multitude of club ride outs every weekend.

We are looking for a new part-timer who loves cycling, as our current person is retiring. You will be replacing someone who has been part of the Cadence family for 10 years, an owner of 12+ bikes who lives and breathes cycling.

We are looking for a part-time Sales Assistant (with keyholding responsibility) to work in our Giant Crystal Palace store, a couple of weekday shifts and Sundays.
