Pinarello Store London – Mechanic
Pinarello are a renowned brand in the cycling industry, with a rich pedigree in producing Grand Tour winning bicycles. It is an incredibly exciting time to join our team, as the store in London will have had a complete remodel over the winter, cementing itself as the leading flagship bicycle brand store in the heart of the West End. The store is the window for the brand globally and the role of Mechanic is a key part of this team, providing an excellent standard of customer service, building, repairing and servicing all bicycles.
An enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with a strong passion for the cycling industry. A person who is also willing to be a team member with a strong detail-oriented approach, meticulous in their approach and takes great pride in their work.
General duties for this role include maintaining and managing an efficient workshop, providing excellent levels of customer service and maintenance on customer bicycles. To build and assemble bicycles subject to the highest standards of performance and safety. To demonstrate sound inventory control for service parts, in order to maximise revenue and turnaround of tasks. To diagnose and resolve all warranty related issues, working closely with our Head office team. To handle all workshop enquiries including calls and emails, addressing repair or technical issues that our customers may have. To work effectively as part of a team, with the ability to communicate well with customers, other team members and management and demonstrate a passion for the brand.

As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operation of the store. You’ll manage and motivate your team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and keep the store performing at its best. Whether it’s advising on the latest running shoes, helping a customer choose their first bike, or managing stock levels, no two days will be the same.
Key responsibilities for this role include leading, training, and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily store operations including sales, stock management, and merchandising. Provide expert advice on cycling, running gear, footwear, and accessories. Monitor and drive store performance against targets and KPIs. Build strong customer relationships, offering support to both new and seasoned athletes. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
Clapham Cycle is a cycle shop, born from a cycling club with an active enthusiast community. We are looking for a Workshop Mechanic who is keen to develop to join our friendly, ambitious, and talented team.
This is an opportunity be part of an exciting project; our shop opened 5 years ago has gone from strength to strength. We are planning for an exciting and prosperous year in 2026 and are looking to expand our team with passionate, hungry people.
