You will be required to work on the busy shop floor answering customers’ questions and undertake general shop duties as well as managerial responsibilities. These include operating our workshop diary, EPOS till system, stock taking and speaking with manufacturers/suppliers.

Assistant manager

Bike Workshop Technician

As a Bike Mechanic in our workshop you’ll be providing high quality bike maintenance and repair services to help our customers enjoy their bikes for longer. To put it simply, the purpose of your role is to diagnose and repair

mechanical and electrical problems whilst ensuring that your customers receive the best experience in the process. You’ll also be involved in recycling and repairing defective bikes in-store, which means that you’ll play an integral part in achieving our collective mission to help preserve our planet.

Mechanic

You will be required to work in our busy workshops answering customers’ questions and operate as part of a team servicing and assembling a wide range of bicycles from entry level children’s bikes to market leading Emtb models.

Applicants will need to possess a reasonable understanding of computers and be able to use/learn our workshop diary, EPOS till system, as part of our workshop team you will also be expected to participate in  stock taking and speak with manufacturers/suppliers when necessary.  We aim to treat everyone we come into contact with with respect and dignity. You will be expected to operate in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with all customers and suppliers. All applicants must have at least one year’s experience within the cycle industry and have a recognised accreditation for bicycle technicians such as  Cytech.
