UK/European Sales Lead

This senior role focuses on retail sales, team leadership, and market expansion, requiring strategic acumen, robust leadership skills, and a passion for nurturing relationships. Reporting to the Global Sales Lead or General Manager, you will play a critical role in aligning with our global objectives and mission.

This remote position, based within the UK or Europe, offers the flexibility to work independently while maintaining a vital connection with our global team. As the role develops, opportunities will include scaling operations, establishing a regional team, and potentially setting up a regional hub to support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities for this role include sales strategy and performance management, team leadership and development, relationship management, brand representation, market intelligence, operational excellence, marketing and events, team development.

Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant

Owing to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a part-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in the UK. The role will be based at our ASSOS flagship Store situated on Regent Street, London, and will report directly to the Store Manager.

At ASSOS we believe in cycling. Our products are ‘made in cycling’ meaning that we place cycling at the heart of everything we do. Our London Regent Street Store is an all-encompassing experience, upon which cyclists can rely on for expert advice regarding clothing, routes, training, recovery, and injury management – provided by us and our specially selected partners.

As our Retail Sales Assistant you will be expected to play a leading role within the team of ASSOS product experts working in our Regent Street Store. Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementation of in-store initiatives to maximise brand engagement to grow and maintain the ASSOS customer base. Ensure that the product is merchandised and presented, consistently communicating the premium nature and technical excellence of the product. Lead by example with exemplary product knowledge, the successful candidate must show willingness to learn all technical aspects of our products and how to correctly size a customer giving the full ASSOS experience. Maximize sales volume, contribute to sales and sales analysis.

Workshop Technician

The position is for a permanent full time (40h/w) Mechanic with the full support of our team behind them. We are currently looking for an outstanding applicant to be the Store Manager at our busy store WHEELBASE North East, Darlington. We are looking for someone with previous retail experience, who is confident and capable of delivering a first-class retail experience to our valued customers.

As the Store Manager you will provide positive leadership to your team, be sales focused and offer a best-in-class customer experience through great team dynamics, accurate stock control, time management and store merchandising.

Workshop manager

The duties of the role will include supporting the store manager on all day to day processes and tasks and be responsible point of contact for the team in the managers absence. Maintaining high level of quality and service for customers. Resolve customer issues in an effective and responsible manner. Develop strong working relationships with the management and other employees. Input and feedback into stock holding and product lines. Liasing with suppliers to execute, process and manage warranty claims. Identify opportunities for improvement and make improvements with the management team.
