Firm's new range to 'fill gap in the market'

Tenn Outdoors tackles expensive tri gear

Tenn Outdoors is launching a range of triathlon-specific apparel at a mid price point – an area that is a gaping hole in the tri market, according to Tenn.

Available now, the Triad (male) and Trinity (female) ranges offering suits, separates and accessories, cut ergonomically and constructed from a high wicking, breathable nylon and elastaine blend fabric. Featuring high quality tri-specific pads, YKK zips and discreet pockets for gels and bars, a range of accessories will also be available later in the season, including elastic race laces and a triathlon belt.

Tenn Outdoors director Ian Paton explained: “Triathlon is gaining in popularity, but at present it’s one of the most expensive sports to take part in. This is something we want to address.”

The items will range from £29.99 for singlets, £34.99 for shorts and £49.99 for suits. An advertising, sponsorship and PR campaign will support the range through the 2013 Triathlon season.

If you are interested in finding out more about the range, or becoming a stockist, please contact Ian Paton at ian.paton@tenn-outdoors.co.uk.
