Taipei’s sell out cycle show is a sign that biking is beating the worldwide economic troubles, according to the show organisers.
The show takes place next March 17th to 20th.
With the 2,888-booths fully-booked and 762 overseas and domestic exhibitors set to attend, alongside cycling’s eco-friendly, energy saving credentials, the signs are good for the sector, said TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council).
The International Bike Design competition is reported to be a forthcoming show highlight. The competition has already seen 938 entries from 55 countries which have now been pared down to 21 finalists. The winner will be crowned during the Taipei Cycle Show.
