Storck Bicycle goes online with D2C platform

Storck Bicycle has launched its first own online direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform.

In addition to the Storck Store and Studio concept, it offers consumers another platform for purchasing Storck products, with the entire model range now available online.

Markus Storck said: “The changed purchasing behaviour of our customers, the increasing shift toward the online business, and the success of our Flagship Stores and Studios enable us to take this strategic step toward our new 4.0 sales concept.

“By making this move, we significantly contribute to the price stability of our products in the marketplace as well.”

The 4.0 sales concept provides customers with local and online brand experience, and involves a step-by-step development of further Storck Stores and Studios with interested and appropriate bike retailers who can take advantage of the benefits of the sales concept.

Either online or in a sales talk, customers can choose to either have their bike sent to them or to personally pick it up at one of the Stores or Studios.

The company has said fostering close customer relationships is one of the objectives of the new Storck sales concept.

The online shop includes the e:rebel and e:drenalin electric mountain bikes, plus the e:nario electric road bike where high-end frame design meets with premium German Continental and Fazua propulsion technology.
