The Race Face Prodigy seatpost premiering at Interbike is said to be suitable for DH and XC use and is made from 2014-T6 heat-treated tube, cold drawn and shot peened for increased fatigue life. The 6061-T6 seatpost head has a 0.6 in layback and is a forged, CNC combo.
It comes in 26.8, 27.s and 31.6mm sizes. All are 350mm long. The weight for the 26.8mm is 260 gms.
The Cove Peeler DH bike has 9.5 inches of rising rate rear travel from either a Fox Vanilla RC or Progressive rear shock. The oversized 7005 aluminiium frame has meaty welds, and lots of them.
