Roxform, the UK-focused eBike brand known for practical and affordable electric bicycles, has announced the launch of its new Free Courtesy eBike Initiative aimed at supporting independent bicycle retailers across the United Kingdom
The programme has been designed to help bike shops provide customers with a temporary replacement eBike while their own bicycle is being repaired or serviced — reducing disruption and improving customer satisfaction
Under the initiative, a limited number of dealers who apply to participate in the scheme will receive a fully certified Roxform step-through eBike free of charge, allowing them to offer a “courtesy bike” service to customers. Roxform believes this will not only improve the ownership experience for riders, but also help retailers strengthen customer loyalty
“At Roxform, we understand that when riders are without their eBike, it can significantly impact daily life,” said Robert Huddleston, Sales Manager at Roxform. “Whether it’s commuting, school runs or everyday transport, customers rely on their bikes. This initiative is about helping independent retailers offer a better service experience”

The courtesy bike included in the programme is a fully certified low step-through Roxform eBike equipped with:
- 45Nm rear hub motor
- Up to 40-mile range
- Shimano 8-speed gearing
- Hydraulic disc brakes
- Easy-access frame design
Roxform says the programme has already generated strong interest among dealers looking for new ways to improve customer retention and stand out in an increasingly competitive market
The company, which focuses heavily on supporting independent bike shops throughout the UK, sees the initiative as part of a wider strategy to make eBike ownership more practical, accessible and service-oriented
