Little Monstas outreach project to spread cycling among those who've yet to try it

Rollapaluza fundraiser set for Brick Lane bar

Rollapaluza is to host a ‘Little Monstas’ roller-racing fundraising event at London cycling hotspot, Brick Lane, later this month.

The aim of the event is to raise money for Rollapaluza’s outreach project, which was set up in 2010 as a not-for-profit organisation with the aim to increase Rollapaluza’s existing outreach work and cycling participation in children and disadvantaged people. Since its creation, the outreach project has delivered up to 100 School events a year. Rollapaluza Outreach simply aims to promote cycling as a means of transport, a healthy leisure activity and sport to as many people as possible.

The event will see participants sprinting over 500 meters competing against one-another. There will be prizes from Levi’s, Oakley, Vulpine, Cycling Weekly, Ride Journal, LFGSS and Morevelo for who-ever proves to be the fastest by the end of the night.

Little Monstas is being held at the Vibe Bar in London’s Brick Lane, on Wednesday 26th September, 6pm to 11pm. Qualifications will close at 9pm. £5 entry on the door is required with all proceeds going directly to delivering events in Schools.
