Cycling website Road.cc has been named among the top 100 in the Social Brands index, making it a candidate for the prestigious social media award.
The top 100 are compiled by analysing the relative performance in social spaces of nearly 300 nominated brands. The Social Brands 100, launched by social brand agency Headstream in 2011 and powered by Brandwatch, measures genuine engagement based on an in-depth study of a brand’s content and behaviour on social platforms.
Tony Farrelly, Director, commented: “F-At are very proud that road.cc has been named in this prestigious list. To see a specialist cycling website named alongside major household brands such as BlackBerry, Marmite, Dell, MTV, and others is proof positive that if you get it right people will notice and it is a credit to all the team at road.cc who work so hard night and day across all social media. We look forward to seeing road.cc’s final position in the list when it is published in May.”
