Ridgeback has expanded its trekking range of bikes with the launch of four new, fully equipped models designed to meet the demands of everyday transport, leisure cycling and of course, long-distance touring. The new Panorama, Voyage, Voyage Open Frame and Horizon combine proven Reynolds steel frame technology with modern Shimano drivetrains, integrated dynamo lighting systems and practical carrying solutions to deliver dependable performance in all conditions.
Leading in the range is the new Ridgeback Panorama, a name synonymous with both Ridgeback and the Touring scene. Ridgeback’s flagship trekking and touring model is built around a Reynolds 725 butted chromoly steel frame and is designed for riders planning journeys beyond the daily commute.

The new Panorama features a Shimano CUES 2 x 9 drivetrain, TRP Spyre-C mechanical disc brakes and comes fitted with front and rear AtranVelo racks as standard. Busch & Müller dynamo lighting powered by a Shimano dynamo hub provides reliable illumination without the need for charging, making the Panorama an ideal companion for extended touring adventures and year-round commuting alike.
Next, is the Ridgeback Voyage. Developed as a versatile trekking bike capable of handling commuting duties during the week and longer rides at the weekend. The Voyage is built around a Reynolds 520 chromoly steel frame, the Voyage features a Shimano CUES 2×10-speed drivetrain, Shimano MT-200 hydraulic disc brakes and Busch & Müller dynamo lighting. An AtranVelo AVS+ compatible rear rack offers child seat compatibility further enhancing the bike’s practicality for family use and utility cycling.

Sharing the same specification as the Voyage, the new Voyage Open Frame introduces a low step-through frame design that makes mounting and dismounting easier while retaining the same performance and carrying capability.
Completing the range is the all-new Ridgeback Horizon, a practical trekking bike built around a Reynolds 520 steel frame and a distinctive 26-inch wheel platform. Chosen for their durability, manoeuvrability and resilience under load, the 26-inch wheels make the Horizon particularly well suited to urban riding, utility cycling and heavily laden journeys. Shimano MT-200 hydraulic disc brakes, Shimano CUES 2×9-speed gearing and integrated carrying solutions ensure the Horizon remains ready for everyday use in all weather conditions.
Sam Lawson, Ridgeback Designer at Sportline said: “The new Ridgeback Trekking range has been a case of evolution rather than revolution. As some of the most established models in the Ridgeback line-up, we drew on years of feedback from a wide customer and dealer base to refine the range in ways that matter most to the people who ride and sell these bikes.

Rather than reinventing what already worked, we focused on making the Trekking range more capable, more durable and more versatile, while staying true to what has made these bikes such popular choices for commuters, tourers and everyday riders.”
Across the range, Ridgeback’s focus remains firmly on practical cycling. Rather than requiring riders to purchase additional accessories, every model arrives equipped with the features most commonly added after purchase, including mudguards, racks, kickstands and dynamo lighting.
By combining traditional steel frame construction with contemporary component technology, Ridgeback’s latest trekking collection offers a durable, low-maintenance solution for riders seeking dependable transportation, adventure and utility from a single bicycle.
