The futuristic Recon Jet smart eyewear is now in stock with Madison and available for bike dealers.
Taking wearable tech advances and bringing them to sports and high intensity activity markets, the heads-up display provides the user with all kinds of metrics, info and photo capacity during activities. The unit is pitched as providing a rugged, advanced microcomputer and suite of sensors that deliver activity-specific data instantly, direct-to-eye and without distraction.
Key features include a camera, with which riders can snap photos or video with a touch. Jet’s integrated high definition point-of-view camera is instantly accessible. In terms of metrics, Recon Jet provides key performance stats quickly and intuitively, just below the right eye, using Jet’s computer, GPS and sensors to generate key metrics.
Not only that, but the Recon Jet links with phones, displaying texts and caller ID so users are never out of touch with the people who matter most and also presumably so you don’t stop your ride to take a PPI call. Jet data and images are also shareable to social media during activity. It comes in two colours. Head to Madison’s B2B for more details.
