“We’ve worked hard to establish the Pearl Izumi brand and the decision to part company was not taken lightly.
“But we hit an impasse. Pearl Izumi is a huge brand in America, and it’s in lots of outlets. Here we’ve kept it in speciality dealers only. Pearl want to go more mass market in the UK but that doesn’t fit with our business model, so we’ve agreed to go our separate ways.”
Pearl Izumi Europe has announced that the new distributor is Raw Experience of Edinburgh.
Product will be shipped directly from Pearl Izumi’s European distribution centre in Germany.
