RaceFace unveils Next R product range

Canadian brand Race Face has shared the newest addition to its aggressive Rally line-up, the Next R.

Paring technical features from Race Face’s carbon fibre downhill SIXC group, its award winning lightweight Next carbon line-up has been beefed up, whilst keeping the weight additions to a minimum.

The handmade Next R cranks are manufactured from UD Carbon; they feature SixC G2 Pedal inserts and a Burlier 7050 spindle.

The new tubeless ready wheels come in either 27.5 or 29” and feature UD Carbon rims with 28H 2.0/1.5 straight pull front and rear 3X pattern spokes throughout the wheelset.

In addition to the Next R product range, Race Face has introduced the all new CINCH Power Meter; protected within the BB spindle, the axle-based power meter pairs with any of the CINCH cranks, expanding the ways in which riders can measure their output. The CINCH Power Meter combines with any compatible head unit to provide accurate data whilst adding only 65grams to the axle weight.

Finally, the brand has also revealed the new Turbine R 35mm handlebar, which is wider and features a more aggressive sweep than the standard Turbine bar.

Pricing for the units is yet to be confirmed from UK distributor Silverfish; the products will be available to purchase from June 2017.
