Race Face win top Canadian business award. Again.

"This is proof positive that Race Face is probably the most professional and focused top-end manufacturer in the business," said Mabbott.

"It continues to be a pleasure representing them in the UK."

Upon receiving the vote of confidence for the third time, Craig Pollack, President of Race Face, said:

“We’re very honoured to have won this award, especially for the third time. We competed with private companies in Canada of all sizes, and from varied industries, and were deemed to be one of the best. This is a great win and recognition for our entire team. In fact, the best part of the award is that it is not focused on one individual, the award is meant to recognize the accomplishments of all the members of our company. Also, it is sweet to win three years in a row as staying at the top, in some ways, is even harder than getting there.

“Our commitment to having a participative management environment has been critical to our success. For example, our staff is given a high degree of authority and responsibility in making both micro and macro decisions in the company, and we share all of our financial information with every staff member.

"Our track record in terms of developing innovative products and marketing them in an impactful manner is excellent. We have also focused on getting our business fundamentals right – delivering products to our customers on time for example. The combination of these initiatives and others have enabled us to be a pretty dynamic company with a track record of growth."

Race Face employs 55 full-time employees and they churn out cranks, bottom brackets, chain-rings, seatposts, handlebars, headsets, and a life-style cycling clothing line for sale in 30 countries worldwide.
