Fox-owned labels wade into up and down posts

Race Face and Easton launch droppers

Fox-Owned Race Face and Easton have both revealed dropper post product ahead of Eurobike.

Similar in all but graphics, colour choice and name, the posts will offer 350, 375, 415 and 440mm lengths, with travel ranging 100, 125 or 150mm. Diameters of 30.9 and 31.6 will be available, with stock expected with distributors by November.

Based around the licensed 9point8 DropLoc tech, the posts will offer freedom of height adjustment, provided via an internal hybrid hydraulic (which controls rebound) and mechanical brake. Both posts are designed for internal cable routing.

RaceFace will offer four colours for its Turbine post, while Easton’s Haven post will only come in black. There is also a difference in lever shape. Race Face’s option will retail at £349.99 and a differing lever style, as shown below, is available as an extra.
