Powerbar celebrates its 30th birthday this year and in celebration, has announced two new products: the Energize Muffin and the Energise Bar.
The new Energize Muffin comes in the form of a powder mix, and a standard box is capable of producing upto fourteen muffins, each delivering 20 grams of carbohydrates per muffin. The mix has significantly less fat than previous recipes, featuring 2.0 grams of fat for every 100 grams of mixture. The mix is available in both vanilla and chocolate flavours. Each 399 gram box retails at £9.99.
The new Energize Bar builds upon the history of the Powerbar brand, by improving the product that made Powerbar famous. The bar is made with all natural ingredents and features 36 grams of carbohydrates per bar. The new bars are available in a range of flavours including mango tropical, almond vanilla, slaty peanut and gingerbread. Each 55 gram bar retials at £1.50.
