Outdoor Trade Show confirms dates for next three years

Following positive feedback from exhibitors and visitors to the Outdoor Trade Show (OTS) over the last three years, the organisers have announced the venue dates until 2027.

The future dates for the OTS have been finalised for the next three years to keep event at the popular venue of the Exhibition Centre, Liverpool.

Following the show this year from Tuesday, June 18, to Thursday, June 20, and avoiding a future clash with ISPO in Germany, OTS will take place on the following dates over the next three years:

  • 2025 – June 10 to 12
  • 2026 – June 2 to 4
  • 2027 – June 1 to 3

Liverpool is increasingly becoming a desirable venue for exhibitions, conferences and events with many trade and consumer shows choosing the location.

Organisers felt it was important for the longevity of the show to secure future dates which align with buying deadlines, as well as giving exhibitors and trade visitors plenty advance notice of the dates to make plans.

Commenting on the announcement, OTS organiser, Marta Williams said, “We are very happy to be able to share the new dates for OTS over the next three years, which will allow exhibitors to plan their sell-in strategies further ahead.

“Having found such an ideal and convenient venue and with overwhelming positive feedback and support from leading outdoor brands, securing favourable dates to match order deadlines was critical to guarantee the future of OTS at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre.

“This demonstrates our commitment to providing the industry with a solid platform from which to schedule face to face meetings, range presentations, and networking sessions with colleagues.”

2024 sees OTS move into its 18th year, with its mid-June positioning continuing to offer a cost-effective platform for the UK outdoor trade.

OTS is also an environmentally friendly alternative to international shows for brands and retailers looking to reduce their carbon footprint, and to maximise the return on their investment.
