Orbea and 7Mesh are first sponsors of Impact Media Summit

CrankTank of Ketchum, Idaho, has announced the first round of sponsors for its Impact Media Summit taking place this summer. The event will bring together brands and media for three days of MTBing, e-MTBing and gravel riding in and around the Sun Valley, Idaho area.

British Columbia clothing brand 7Mesh becomes the event’s apparel title sponsor. All attending media will be outfitted with new offerings from the Squamish-based firm.

Orbea has grabbed the first bike manufacturer position at Impact. The Spanish brand will release new bike models at the event.

Sawtooth Brewery has signed on as the official craft beer sponsor for the event. The brewery will also be the beer sponsor for the People for Bikes Draft Meetup that will bookend Impact on Thursday, June 28th.

“We’re delighted to have such well respected brands getting onboard with Impact,” said CrankTank VP Adrian Montgomery.

“This inaugural year promises innovative brands and products for media to acquaint themselves with during the quality experience we will deliver for all our attendees. To enhance the value of Impact, we’ve also strategically positioned the event ahead of Eurobike. This will give our brand partners the opportunity to engage media and get news of their innovations to consumers before the global show.”

Further sponsor brands and attending media will be announced soon, said the firm.
