Nrg4 launches social media service for retailers

Nrg4 is offering the services of its Twitter account to its dealer customers.

Shops can tap into the distributor’s Twitter account, which currently has close to 3,000 followers, free of charge. 

Dealers can send the distributor information on anything referring to Nrg4 products, including: 

  • Current in store offers on Nrg4 products
  • Products in stock for sale.
  • New product lines now in stock.
  • Photos of displays.
  • Staff using Nrg4 products.

Dealers simply send the information for the tweet with their twitter ID to the new email address

The firm will then engage Nrg4 followers with this information, said operations manager Craig Middleton: “Social Media and Twitter in particular is something I have used very effectively in the past. The stats speak for themselves; 79 per cent of people who use the internet are more likely to recommend a service or product after encountering it on Twitter, 93 per cent of internet users expect companies to have a strong social media presence and 15 million UK residents are in Twitter every day.

"Our @nrg4cycling twitter account has gained over 2,500 followers in the past three months and is growing fast. By launching this service we aim to harness the power of social media to help boost sales and exposure for our dealers.”
