The much anticipated Bell Super is now, for the first time, available from stock in the UK. Priced at £99.99 and available in three sizes and four colours, these will be joined by three brand new colours for 2014 taking the total to seven.
Striking a balance between lightweight cross country styling and overbuilt all-mountain style helmets, the Super is decked out with features, such as a ‘Goggle Guide’, as well as an integrated camera mount for those using helmet cameras.
The lid also uses the trademarked OverBrow Ventilation system, which offers four intake ports on the brow of the helmet, a specially designed internal bridge working in concert with the helmet’s 25 vents for maximum airflow at any speed.

As is often the case, the clue’s in the title for this one: 1,300 lumens of light and the expertise of BBB to ensure that the beam is efficiently used.
The secret to the unit’s miniature size is in the side-by-side double XM-L T6 Cree LEDs. They run on a compact external battery pack, have four brightness modes and are housed in a water-resistant aluminum casing with Airflow Cooling System for optimal heat control.
As a neat side feature, the battery has a USB-out connector, allowing the rider to charge their mobile or GPS device in an emergency. The battery pack needs too much power to be charged through USB, but comes with the appropriate charger. It charges in approximately 2,5 hours. Secondly, the battery pack is equipped with a 5-steps power level warning indicator. This indicator can be switched on and off.
Handlebar and helmet mounts are supplied with the package.
