Muc-off launches ‘high performance’ waterless wash

Muc-Off has launched a high performance waterless wash for bikes, motorcycles and ‘almost any surface that needs to be cleaned quickly without the need for water’.

“Suitable for bicycles, motorcycles, cars and R.V’s, Muc-Off’s waterless wash is an advanced, easy to use spray which cleans and polishes without the need for water,” said a statement. “Developed to clean in seconds and leaving behind a streak free shine, this non-sticky, powder free, multi-vehicle use formula reduces water usage and keeps areas clean and dirt-free in seconds.”

Alex Trimnell, managing director at Muc-Off, said: “Having identified a clear demand in the market, and in response to the positive feedback from customers, we’ve expanded the waterless wash option to all Muc-Off users. This is an ideal solution to those who want an effective cleaning product for regular maintenance on the go without the need for water.”

Muc-off released its range of tubeless valves in December last year, following the launch announcement at Eurobike 2018. The valves are available in 60mm and 44mm lengths, and the brand has said they will suit both road and MTB tyres, with three rubber fitments – one round road bike fitment, one round MTB fitment and a square valve to fit both. Muc-Off also launched an e-bike range of cycling products at Eurobike 2018.
