Muc-Off joins forces with Phynova Six Day

Muc-Off has joined forces with Phynova Six Day London as a lead jersey sponsor.

The annual track cycling event takes place next week from the 22nd to 27th October at the Lee Valley VeloPark in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

In one of the strongest ever fields in Six Day history, the British team will consist of Mark Cavendish, who has 48 Grand Tour Stage wins and four Rainbow Jerseys under his belt, and Olympic gold medalist and three-time European Champion Owain Doull.

They will battle it out with the likes of multiple Tour De France Stage Winner Caleb Ewan and Olympic Champion Elia Viviani.

Alex Trimnell, managing director at Muc-Off, said: “To have the opportunity to get behind the team at Phynova Six Day London is hugely exciting for us!

“We’ve worked closely with many top track cyclists and teams previously and this partnership demonstrates our continued commitment to supporting world-class riders and the sport we love.”

One of Muc-Off’s biggest product successes comes from track cycling: the NTOC Chains, developed originally for Sir Bradley Wiggins’ Hour Record and then used by the GB Cycling team on their path to 12 medals at the 2016 Olympic Games.

“We’re delighted to have Muc-Off back on board for Six Day London following our partnership back in 2017,” said James Durbin, CEO at Madison Sports Group.

“Muc-Off’s work with some of the world’s best road teams and federations demonstrates the quality of its products and we’re excited to share these with our riders at Six Day London 2019.”
