MT Racing of Nan Tsun Road, Houli Hsiang, Taichung, Taiwan, was founded in 1975 and had 120 employees.
According to Taiwan-based Steve Fenton, MT Racing was folded on Friday, the first trading day of the new lunar year.
Russell Merry of Hot Wheels International said:
