Extreme sports super-site boasts a number of new developments

Mpora.com unveils new site to two million uniques

Factory Media has re-launched its action sports website Mpora.com to a record breaking two million unique user visits.

The site, which draws traffic from each magazine niche the publisher is involved with, has made a number of major improvements, including a new video player to cater for the 1.75 million monthly video streams, improved navigation and more related sports.

With the option of a HD player, and the availability in English, French, German and Russian languages, MPORA.com will reach an even larger audience for the summer months.

Darryl Newton, Factory Media’s managing director said: "MPORA.com is now a significant part of our business, with over 1.75 million video streams served each month. Demand for advertising on the platform is growing incrementally and clients are particularly excited by our creative video solutions. We feel we can meet the needs of users and clients alike, by offering more dynamic and engaging formats combined with video specific reporting such as engagement rates and time spent with the ads."

Already Europe’s most widely used extreme sports network, MPORA.com will roll out further developments in the coming weeks including a fully embeddable weather widget (for surf and snow forecasting), a Spanish language version, and a community section.
