milKit debuts new sealant remover and cleaning range

Swiss brand milKit has created a sealant remover to sit alongside its range of tubeless products.

The magic of milKit’s Sealant Remover lies in its gel-like liquid, which can be sprayed onto the affected area using the included spray head.

After 10 minutes of letting the remover work its magic, you’ll find that the sealant can be brushed away, leaving the bike clear of residue.

Together with the Sealant Remover, milKit is offering a comprehensive solution for all cleaning needs with the launch of a new Bike Cleaner and the corresponding Bike Cleaner Concentrate.

MilKit’s Bike Cleaner comes equipped with a spray head that generates a foam, simplifying application and cleaning processes.

What’s more, it’s “easily biodegradable” according to OECD 302 standards, ensuring minimal environmental impact without compromising on performance.

For those seeking a concentrated solution, the one litre Cleaner Concentrate, when mixed with water, yields five litres of Bike Cleaner.

For workshops and avid cyclists, the five litre Canister provides 25 litres of Bike Cleaner.

Reflecting the brand’s environmental responsibility, all product bottles are made from 100% recycled PET.

With these new additions, milKit expands its product line to complement the needs of setting up sealant, performing tubeless maintenance, and ensuring a clean, hassle-free biking experience.

Dimensions and Pricing (RRP):

  • Sealant Remover 250ml – £11.00
  • Bike Cleaner 1L – £18
  • Bike Cleaner Concentrate 1L – £40
  • Bike Cleaner Concentrate 5L – £162

MilKit is distributed in the UK and Ireland by Lyon Cycle.

This collaboration aims to bring milKit’s products to a wider audience of cyclists, enhancing their riding experience and simplifying tubeless tyre management.

As well as the just-launched sealant and bike cleaner, the Swiss brand’s product line-up includes the milKit Valve System, milKit Tubeless Booster and new milKit Hassle’off tool system, dubbed “a magnificent piece of engineering” by IMB Mag.

These products make tyre inflation, sealant installation, and trail-side maintenance easier, ensuring that riders spend less time fixing and more time riding.
