Mike Anderson has joined RoadCyclingUK as deputy editor.
Anderson, formerly of Immediate Media’s 220 Triathlon magazine, will supplement the existing RoadCyclingUK team with a focus on growing the website’s review and technical content.
"We’re delighted to have Mike join the RoadCyclingUK team," said editor George Scott. "Mike has excellent contacts within the cycling industry, an entertaining and engaging writing style, and a wealth of knowledge about all things two-wheeled. Mike’s appointment will help RCUK in its continued growth and we’re on course to deliver record pageviews in March.
"Mike will play a key role in establishing RoadCyclingUK as the go-to online resource for sportive riders, club cyclists and amateur racers. RCUK’s editorial focus serves to fuel the passion of riders obsessed with every aspect of performance, from the latest gear and tech, to coaching, training and nutrition."
Anderson added: "I’m really pleased to have joined the RCUK team. It’s great to be involved with such a highly-regarded online publication and I’m relishing the challenge of creating more unique and engaging content to give UK riders the tools they need to make the most of this great sport."
