Itailan helmet brand MET will now deliver its MET and Bluegrass brands directly to retailers in Belgium and Luxembourg.
The brand, who as previous reported already operates a dealer direct service in France, Italy, UK and Finland, has highlighted the benefits of working this way, claiming it will initiate better support for MET retail partners in a more commerical way through a wider range of products, stock availability and more focussed brand promotion.
“We’re looking forward to helping our retailers with their helmet sales by giving a strong brand support in every possible way: by investing in high-profile team sponsorship, like Dimension Data for Qhubeka but also by sponsoring individual athletes like Belgian triathlete Frederik Van Lierde and other well-known athletes from Enduro and Downhill to BMX and track racing. We also provide support tools like new POP that will be available soon and our new B2B web shop,” said CEO Luciana Sala.
Team Sporting Goods are delivering stock for preorders until the middle of February 2016 from Belgium, after which MET will handle directly all orders from Italy.
