Messingschlager is expanding its warehouse at its headquarters in Baunach, seven years after its construction.
“By commissioning our greatly expanded, fully automated high-bay warehouse and various optimisations of logistics processes, we are setting the course for a successful year in 2020 and are now entering the hot phase,” said a statement on LinkedIn.
“From January 13th 2020, our warehouse will be fully operational with optimised performance. About seven years ago, with the construction of our new high-bay warehouse at our headquarters in Baunach, we made an important step towards optimising our logistics. The automatic high-bay and small-quantity warehouse has proven itself in recent years.
“Now we are taking another step forward. In May 2019, the first ground-breaking ceremony to expand the premises took place. In addition to the existing complex, we built a building of the same size. The goods receipt area is doubled as well.”
