Ron's wife, May, died last week and a funeral service was held in the same Harrogate church as Ron Kitching's's funeral service, the church they got married in in 1939. Now details have emerged of a memorial service for both Ron and May.

It’s to be held on 30th April at Christ Church, High Harrogate.

Ron’s funeral was held between Christmas and New Year, when many people were on holiday and unable to get there. A memorial service in April will ensure more members of the cycle trade are able to attend.
