MasterLock earns ACPO accreditation

Masterlock has been granted Secure by Design status by the Association of Chief Police Officers.

The ACPO’s flagship UK initiative, Secured by Design, is tasked with ‘designing out’ crime through the use of high-quality innovative products and processes. Master Lock’s range of security products had to demonstrate rigorous performance in simulated attack tests conducted by Sold Secure, an independent testing and certification house for security products.

George Linton, northern Europe sales director at Master Lock said: “Having a resistance-proof lock and chain which can withstand multiple attempts to breach is critical.”
