Madison launches Express Warranty Service for cycle dealers

Madison is now offering an Express Warranty Service for when time is of the essence for a return.

With the aim of getting people back on their bikes as quickly as possible, this priority system clearly identifies the items of high-importance from any general product returns and fast-tracks it, so it is turned around quickly and efficiently – ideal for those who compete regularly or have an important event to attend.

A priority return should be requested by the customer and should consist of no more than one or two items. The Madison warranty department then aim to complete or at least have an answer for the customer within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).

For more information and details on the Express Warranty Service dealers should visit MadisonB2B.co.uk and look out for the Express Warranty Service logo.
